Ladies, join us for a fun, low-pressure class that you can adjust to meet your workout needs. Just for teens and adults, this class distills the best of the long, lean muscle-sculpting ballet barre, stretching, and core focused body weight exercises to fun music. If you like barre, yoga, and/or pilates, you'll love this class.
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. Yoga or running pants and a tank top or t-shirt work well. So do sweats. :) For shoes- most ladies just go barefoot, but grip socks or ballet shoes are fine too. If you have long hair, you'll probably want to pull it back.
A yoga mat for our stretching portion is helpful, but not required. We usually use light weights at the end of class, so bring them along if you have them.
